History does most of the narrowing. A condition you already have, or a medicine you already take, can rule an option out before it is ever discussed. Depending on what the review shows, the physician may recommend treatment, ask for more information, or advise a different next step.
Every option requires a prescription, and the physician decides which one, if any, suits your health and history. Your first step is a free call with a wellness consultant. A physician decides eligibility after your evaluation.
You buy the medication separately from the pharmacy, and the care fee is $149 per month. The care fee renews monthly until you cancel.
Who this is for
Zepbound® and Wegovy® are approved for adults with obesity, or with overweight and at least one weight-related condition, together with a reduced-calorie diet and more physical activity. The labels describe this as a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related condition. That is general context, not a promise. An independent Florida-licensed physician decides after reviewing your health.

What happens after treatment begins?
Your wellness consultant stays with you for as long as you are in care, from first questions to pharmacy follow-ups.
If the physician prescribes treatment, follow-up looks at three things: how you respond, how well you tolerate the medication, and any monitoring the physician requires.
Tolerability matters as much as response. Side effects you cannot live with are a reason to change course, and the physician decides whether to continue, adjust, pause or stop. Atlas HRT keeps the appointments, reminders and pharmacy follow-up organized in between.
How weight-loss costs are explained
Atlas HRT is cash-pay and does not accept insurance. Your wellness consultant confirms the total for the option the physician prescribes before anything is charged.

The $149 monthly care fee, charged each month and renewing until you cancel, applies to care with Zepbound® or Wegovy®; ask your wellness consultant how cancellation works before you commit. The fee covers your consultations and follow-up visits with the independent physician, the physician’s dose and side-effect reviews, and Atlas HRT’s coordination of your care. Medication is purchased separately from the dispensing pharmacy at that pharmacy’s published price, and nothing is charged for medication unless it is prescribed. Atlas HRT does not accept insurance; payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or HSA.
Brand-name medication is dispensed and shipped by a licensed partner pharmacy under the manufacturer’s self-pay program, at the price that program publishes; any other prescription is dispensed and shipped by a licensed partner pharmacy, generally within 5 to 7 business days of the prescription reaching the pharmacy. Yes. Tell the physician what you have tried and whether you are interested in Zepbound®, Wegovy®. The physician decides which option, if any, is appropriate for your health and history.
What does the $149 monthly care fee cover?
It applies when the physician prescribes Zepbound® or Wegovy®. It covers your consultations and follow-up visits with the independent physician, the physician’s dose and side-effect reviews, and Atlas HRT’s coordination of your care. It renews monthly until you cancel. Medication is bought separately from the dispensing pharmacy, and the fee does not guarantee a prescription.
Does my health history limit which options I can be offered?
Yes, and it is the first thing the physician looks at. Existing conditions, current medicines and how earlier attempts went all shape what can be considered. Where history rules an option out, the physician tells you which and why.
Will I need lab work?
Only if the physician asks for it. The physician reviews your health information and decides what testing, if any, is needed. Any lab work ordered is completed at an independent draw site near you.
How quickly will I lose weight?
No rate or result is promised. Response differs from person to person, and the physician explains what is measured at follow-up and when progress is reassessed.
What if I get side effects?
Tell your wellness consultant, who arranges a follow-up with the physician. Side effects are a clinical question, so the physician reviews them and decides what should change, including whether a different option makes more sense for you.
What if treatment is not appropriate for me?
The physician explains why, what the finding means for your health, and what a more suitable next step looks like. A prescription is written only when the physician decides treatment is appropriate, never because you booked.
Is medical weight loss only for men?
No. The evaluation is open to adults of any sex, and the physician reviews the same things for everyone.

Your history, medicines, goals and any required results give the physician the context to recommend a next step suited to you.
