The basics

Enclomiphene vs TRT, side by side

Plain definitions first. The physician covers what applies to you.

Enclomiphene is one of the two isomers that make up clomiphene citrate. It is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that blocks estrogen’s feedback at the hypothalamus and pituitary, which can raise LH and FSH, the signals that tell the testes to make testosterone.

Testosterone therapy supplies testosterone directly, and the body lowers its own signals in response.

The physician may recommend enclomiphene on its own, testosterone treatment options, both, or neither, depending on your labs, history and plans.

Why Atlas HRT

What people ask before booking enclomiphene

Six frustrations, and how this service answers each one.

“I don’t want injections.”

Enclomiphene is a daily capsule. Whether it fits your labs is the physician’s call.

“I’m thinking about fertility.”

Tell the physician. Family plans are weighed before anything is prescribed, and the FAQ below covers what the studies did and did not measure.

“I can’t tell what it all costs.”

From $60 a month for the capsules on a 5-month supply. Labs $179, or bring your own at no charge.

“I already have recent labs.”

Bring them. If the physician can use them, you skip the draw.

“Is it the same as TRT?”

No. Testosterone therapy supplies testosterone; enclomiphene acts on the signals that tell your body to make it.

“I don’t want a 12-month contract.”

No membership and no required prepay. You can pay for one month at a time ($105), or less per month on a longer supply.

The evidence

What enclomiphene research measured

Background from published studies, cited below. None of it is a promise about your outcome.

01

Enclomiphene citrate has been studied as an investigational product in men with secondary hypogonadism.1,2

02

It is not FDA-approved for any use. The compounded capsule is prepared for one patient and is not the product studied in those trials.1,2

Both were short trials of an investigational product, not approved by the FDA, in men with secondary hypogonadism. The compounded capsule Atlas HRT coordinates is not that product.
