Do not take sildenafil or tadalafil if you use nitrates for chest pain, such as nitroglycerin, or a guanylate cyclase stimulator such as riociguat; the combination can cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure. Stop and get medical help right away for an erection lasting more than four hours, or a sudden loss of vision or hearing. Alpha-blockers and some blood-pressure medicines can add to the blood-pressure effect. The most common side effects are headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain, muscle aches and dizziness. These are prescription medicines, and an independent Florida-licensed physician decides whether one is appropriate for you.

The price includes the prescribed medication, continued care and clinical support, and shipping, with medication dispensed and shipped by a licensed partner pharmacy. Nothing is charged for medication unless it is prescribed. Payments are one-time; there are no monthly fees, subscription charges, automatic renewals, or other recurring program fees at any point. Atlas HRT does not accept insurance; payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or HSA. Medication starts at $49 per month. One-time per supply; no membership.
