What can you expect from your wellness consultant?
Your wellness consultant explains how the process works, arranges the required steps and routes any clinical or dispensing question to the physician or the pharmacy.
Your consultant knows where your case stands, so you are not re-explaining your situation each time or guessing what comes next.
How do fees and prescriptions work?
Atlas HRT is cash-pay and does not accept insurance. Your wellness consultant confirms current fees with you, and the booking page sets out how payment works before you book.
Program pricing (charged only if a clinician prescribes) is confirmed with you in full up front. The price includes the prescribed medication, continued care and clinical support, and shipping, with medication dispensed and shipped by a licensed partner pharmacy. Nothing is charged for medication unless it is prescribed. Testosterone program payments are one-time, with no monthly fees, subscription charges or automatic renewals; weight-loss care is a $149 monthly care fee, billed monthly and renewing until you cancel, for Zepbound® or Wegovy®, with medication bought separately. Atlas HRT does not accept insurance; payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or HSA.
Medication is dispensed and shipped by a licensed partner pharmacy, generally within 5 to 7 business days of the prescription reaching the pharmacy. For testosterone programs Atlas HRT collects the one-time program payment, with shipping included; for weight-loss care it collects only the monthly care fee. Atlas HRT coordinates fulfillment in both cases.

- Who is Atlas HRT?
- Atlas HRT is a care-coordination platform for adults in Florida. It handles scheduling, required lab work, payment and follow-up around consultations with independent Florida-licensed physicians, and coordinates fulfillment through licensed partner pharmacies when a prescription is written.
- Who decides whether someone receives treatment?
- The independent physician. The physician reviews your health information, current medicines and any required results, then decides whether treatment is appropriate. Atlas HRT has no part in that decision.
- Who fills a prescription?
- A licensed partner pharmacy. It fills and ships what the physician prescribes. Atlas HRT does not dispense medication.
- Does Atlas HRT have an office patients can visit?
- No. Atlas HRT has no patient-facing clinic. The physician consultation is by telehealth, and any lab work the physician requires is completed at an independent draw site near you.
- How does someone start?
- Schedule a consultation. After you submit the booking form, a wellness consultant calls to walk you through the process and the fees.
- How is care paid for?
- Cash-pay. Atlas HRT does not accept insurance. Your wellness consultant goes over current fees with you before you decide anything.
- What happens if someone is not a candidate?
- The physician explains the decision and the reason, and points to any appropriate next step. Atlas HRT does not change that decision.
