How payment works at Atlas HRT
Atlas HRT is cash-pay and does not accept insurance. Before anything is scheduled, your wellness consultant goes through every fee with you, so you decide with the full cost in front of you.

Program pricing (charged only if a clinician prescribes) is confirmed with you in full up front. The price includes the prescribed medication, continued care and clinical support, and shipping. Medication is dispensed and shipped by a licensed partner pharmacy, generally within 5 to 7 business days of the prescription reaching the pharmacy. Nothing is charged for medication unless it is prescribed. Atlas HRT does not accept insurance; payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or HSA.

Where is Atlas HRT available?
Atlas HRT serves patients located in Florida only. You must be physically in Florida at the time of your consultation.
Physicians can only see patients in the states where they hold a license, so the service stays inside state lines. From Pensacola to Key West, you consult from home, complete any testing at an independent draw site near you, and receive any prescription from a licensed partner pharmacy.

Who makes the clinical decisions?
An independent Florida-licensed physician. The physician reviews your health information and decides whether treatment is appropriate; your wellness consultant coordinates the practical steps around that decision.
Do I have to come to an office?
No. The consultation is by telehealth, from home. If the physician needs lab results, the draw happens at an independent site near you.
What if I already have recent lab results?
Tell your wellness consultant. The physician reviews recent results and decides whether any further testing is needed before making a decision.
What if treatment is not appropriate?
The physician explains why and what makes sense instead, whether that is further testing, a different recommendation or no treatment at all. Booking never guarantees a prescription.
