Do I need lab results before I book?
No. Submit the intake first. A wellness consultant explains the fees and arranges any lab work the physician orders at an independent site near you; the physician reviews the results at your consultation.
Who calls me, and when?
Our team, usually the same day. They explain the fees, answer practical questions and book the physician consultation and any testing the physician orders.
Can I book for weight loss, ED or hair loss here as well?
Yes. One intake covers every service. Tell the physician what brought you, and several concerns can be raised at the same consultation.
What if the physician says treatment is not appropriate?
The physician explains the decision and what it means, and you are not charged for medication that was never prescribed.
Is my medical information secure?
Yes, always. Our forms are HIPAA compliant and secure. Medical history is collected only inside the secure medical intake form, completed once you are a patient. It goes to the physician who evaluates you, and is never posted on the site.
Can I ask questions before I submit anything?
Yes. Call the number at the bottom of this page during business hours and a wellness consultant walks you through the process and the fees.
