How an online Wegovy® evaluation works
Your evaluation is a telehealth consultation with an independent Florida-licensed physician, who reviews your health information before any prescribing decision.
At your online visit, an independent Florida-licensed physician reviews your health history, medicines and weight-loss goals.
Wegovy® carries a boxed warning and other important safety information, set out below and on its safety-information page.
What the clinical study showed
In a 68-week clinical study of 1,961 adults with obesity, or with overweight and at least one weight-related condition, and without type 2 diabetes, Wegovy® 2.4 mg injected once weekly with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity reduced body weight by an average of 14.9%. Adults given placebo lost 2.4%.
Study results are averages from the manufacturer’s clinical trial, described in the Prescribing Information; they are not a prediction for any one person.

Wegovy® is injected once weekly. The dose the physician prescribes follows the label’s schedule and your follow-up reviews.
Prices as published by the manufacturer’s self-pay program on September 10, 2026; pricing, eligibility and manufacturer offers are subject to change.
The $149 monthly care fee
It covers your physician consultations and follow-ups, dose and side-effect reviews, and Atlas HRT’s coordination.
Monthly care fee: $149 per month, billed monthly and renewing until you cancel. See our Refund Policy.
Medication is purchased separately and is never part of the care fee. An independent physician decides whether to prescribe; booking and the care fee do not guarantee a prescription.
Important safety information
Important safety information. Wegovy® carries a boxed warning about thyroid C-cell tumors: in rodents, semaglutide caused thyroid tumors, and it is not known whether it does so in people. Serious side effects can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, low blood sugar, kidney injury from dehydration, severe stomach problems, allergic reactions, worsening diabetic eye disease, a faster heart rate, breathing food into the lungs during anesthesia. The most common side effects are nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, dysesthesia, headache, fatigue, dyspepsia, dizziness, abdominal distension, eructation, hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes, flatulence, gastroenteritis, gastroesophageal reflux disease and hair loss. Never share your Wegovy® pen with another person, even if the needle is changed. Wegovy® is not for use in pregnancy. It is a prescription medicine, and an independent Florida-licensed physician decides whether it is appropriate for you after reviewing your health.

How payment works
Atlas HRT is cash-pay. You hear both charges before anything is prescribed.
The medical weight loss page explains the evaluation and who bills what.
The $149 monthly care fee, charged each month and renewing until you cancel, applies to care with Zepbound® or Wegovy®; ask your wellness consultant how cancellation works before you commit. The fee covers your consultations and follow-up visits with the independent physician, the physician’s dose and side-effect reviews, and Atlas HRT’s coordination of your care. Medication is purchased separately from the dispensing pharmacy at that pharmacy’s published price, and nothing is charged for medication unless it is prescribed. Atlas HRT does not accept insurance; payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or HSA.
Brand-name medication is dispensed and shipped by a licensed partner pharmacy under the manufacturer’s self-pay program, at the price that program publishes; any other prescription is dispensed and shipped by a licensed partner pharmacy, generally within 5 to 7 business days of the prescription reaching the pharmacy. Atlas HRT collects only the monthly care fee and coordinates fulfillment.
Who prescribes and dispenses Wegovy®?
Atlas HRT is not a healthcare provider, clinic, or pharmacy. It is a care-coordination platform: we connect you with independent, Florida-licensed physicians who decide whether treatment is appropriate, and with licensed partner pharmacies that fill and ship any prescription they write.
Questions about a prescription? Your dedicated wellness consultant is your first call and can arrange a follow-up visit with the prescribing physician.
What do patients ask about Wegovy®?
Who qualifies for the $199 new-patient price?
NovoCare sets the eligibility rules, not Atlas HRT. The offer applies to the first two 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg fills. Your wellness consultant confirms whether it applies to you.
Is the price the same at every dose?
The self-pay price is $349 per month from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg, and $399 for the 7.2 mg dose, as published by the manufacturer’s program. Prices may change.
Are refills automatic?
No. The physician authorizes each refill, usually after a follow-up covered by the care fee.
Can the physician consider Zepbound® instead?
Yes. Both are FDA-approved for chronic weight management. The physician decides which, if either, suits you.
Who to call between physician visits
Your wellness consultant coordinates appointments and pharmacy follow-up. Clinical questions go to your prescribing physician.
Could Wegovy® fit your weight-management plan?
A physician reviews your health, medicines and goals, then gives you a clear answer.
