Reaching your prescriber
Questions about a prescription? Your dedicated wellness consultant is your first call and can arrange a follow-up visit with the prescribing physician. Compounded and generic prescriptions are filled by two licensed partner pharmacies; brand-name Zepbound® and Wegovy® prescriptions are filled as described under “Brand-name prescriptions” below. Both are LegitScript certified and licensed to dispense in Florida. Which pharmacy fills your prescription depends on the medication and its availability; your wellness consultant tells you which one before it ships.

How the chain works
Atlas HRT is not a healthcare provider, clinic, or pharmacy. It is a care-coordination platform: we connect you with independent, Florida-licensed physicians who decide whether treatment is appropriate, and with licensed partner pharmacies that fill and ship any prescription they write.
Medication is dispensed and shipped by a licensed partner pharmacy, generally within 5 to 7 business days of the prescription reaching the pharmacy. For testosterone programs Atlas HRT collects the one-time program payment, with shipping included; for weight-loss care it collects only the monthly care fee. Atlas HRT coordinates fulfillment in both cases.
