All payments made through the Atlas HRT platform are final and non-refundable. 

The payment collected at the time of booking serves as a non-refundable administrative fee that covers the cost of coordinating your tele-health consultation with a licensed independent provider. This fee is applied toward the cost of the provider's evaluation

The payment collected at the time of booking serves as a non-refundable administrative fee that covers the cost of coordinating your tele-health consultation with a licensed independent provider. This fee is applied toward the cost of the provider's evaluation and care plan, and is not refundable under any circumstances, including appointment cancellation or dissatisfaction with services rendered. 

Atlas HRT does not provide direct medical care, and is not responsible for clinical decisions made by independent providers. No refunds will be issued once payment is processed.
